In brief, no real earth shattering new stuff other than it sounds like Washington himself isn't clear on whether he would have to apply for an academic waiver if he gets his ACT 20 or higher score. Could that mean playing time this Fall is still a possibility? I don't know, maybe he just isn't clear on the situation. But either way he plans to be in Lincoln if he gets his ACT score (and he seems confident he will get it and is studying for the test). He also says he talks to a Nebraska coach every day.
