Nebraska is about to become the third state to approve paying college athletes for endorsements, social media endeavors, etc. It's officially approved by the state legislature (assuming the Governor now signs off). I find it hard to believe that the NCAA would allow different states to have different compensation policies for student athletes BUT if so, that would become another factor in terms of recruits deciding which college to attend. Follow the money (of course $EC has been using that tactic for ages).
