FWIW - More Allegations Against Mark Dantonio

One of Dantonio's non-coach assistants (Blackwell) has turned into Dantonio's enemy after he was fired from the staff. Now Blackwell is charging Dantonio with an NCAA violation by Dantonio by having taken Blackwell on a visit to a 5-star recruit's home. Blackwell has provided a picture of himself with Dantonio in the recruits home so it is pretty hard to deny (not too smart to have taken that picture). Blackwell also says he's going to spill the beans on more recruiting violations.

Blackwell is the plaintiff in a civil suit against MSU and I find it impossible to believe that the university’s discovery requests (which in nearly all circumstances, especially under federal disclosure rules if they’re in federal court here, don’t know/ain’t looking) would precede party depositions like Dantonios, would not have been broad enough to require its disclosure. Almost impossible.

if it wasn’t disclosed until now as a media gotcha, then that’s a problem.

if it had been disclosed and Dantonio before his deposition wasn’t aware of it then that’s a different problem.

Yeah but Dantonio never recruits 5 star players, therefore, it was just for fun for Dantonio with no expectation of official recruiting.
