My father and I bumped into Core Jackson's dad ( from Canada 2021 recruit ) at the hot dog stand before the NU/ Sam Houston basketball game. He was looking at the red dog and said " Hey are hotdogs supposed to be this color " I told they are here . He just shook his head and laughed. Probably funnier in person than in the relaying of the story. Seemed like a nice guy, he was in town visiting his son and decided to take in the game.

I've had the question from some out of town relatives. I always ask them, "who would trust a hotdog that isn't red?"
Got several packs of red dogs in the freezer. We always stock up if we're in God's country.
It's very important his dad was here, let's hope it's enough he sticks it out. Core is extremely talented and quite possibly, next to Jelkin, the least talked about 2021 recruit to begin the fall. His skill is at an advanced level. He was homesick pretty much all fall.
