Lol...Iowa steals the ball with under 10 seconds left and promptly has the ball stolen back...yet UND is in the wrong? Show some class, Fran.
Well the line was Iowa at -11 so if that bucket were to count Iowa doesn't cover. Clearly Fran had $ on Iowa, LOL.
Hope the Big Ten fines Iowa for classless act, shows how clueless this person is and level of professionalism at this institution.

He is the Bo Pelini of College Basketball. Not the first tantrum he has thrown.
KF is highly regarded in terms of class in not only the B1G but at every level of football. Seems it evens out.
I would have to think other things happened during the game for him to be so pissy. At least I would hope that's the case. Can't imagine him being that upset over just that one play.

If anyone seen the last couple of minutes maybe they would understand instead of the last seconds of this film clip... Just saying.

After this year it's safe to say Iowa won't be scheduling anything North Dakota related for a long time.
Regardless. No excuses for this guy. He is a total ASS. What kind of example is that to his players? Most were hanging and thinking what is this crap all about. Iowa should suspend him. Not is only incident. Poor reflection to be a HC.
If I went up against a team and they were pulling bush league crap throughout the game, I wouldn't shake their hand. That's what I'm saying...If they pulled other similar stunts throughout the game, I wouldn't blame him one bit for pulling his team off the floor without acknowledging the other team after the game. The question though is if there were other incidents.
Kirk has had his moments, too. But who's counting, we've had our coach that had questionable attitude and took things to a new level, but this is water under a bridge. It still remains to be seen, if Fran is a total jerk or can over get over himself. Its easy to call out players on another team and not look at yourself.
The last minute of game was over the top by the actions of ND coaches and players. There is always more to it than just a play. ND has a reputation for taking things too far.
They just had a fight during a game so ND is getting a bad reputation, plus teams in their own state and SD won't schedule them due to their questionable play.
Fran gets hot rather fast but he pulled his players out to prevent anything from escalating in the lines as the refs were not happy with ND's play at the end and even hung around at mid court after the game instead of bailing like they always do. It was not a good end to the ballgame.

The line on the game was -11 correct? Or something close to it. I'm sure those who bet the game were still watching and probably had a heart attack on that play. And this is why sports betting is stupid and painful.
The last minute was pretty bad, from their coach calling Iowa players a fing pr*ck which was caught on camera and a few very hard uncalled for fouls. Fran is an emotional guy and the fan base knows that. I read on the North Dakota board that this team is having a bit of history with these types of actions. Fran didn't like it and wanted nothing to do with his team possibly getting into a scuffle at the end. He could have handled it better absolutely. Fran apologized once he calmed down but we know exactly what type of coach Fran is so emotions will run high most of the time.
It gave the look that Brian Jones had money on the game when he gave the 'count it' motion.
Fran apologies the next day and said he should of stay to shake hands. Lot more went on then last 11 seconds but he should of been above they actions and shook hands.
