I feel like a big boy program, if we make a big time hire. I have felt DONU has gone cheap and comfortable. Kind of becoming Iowa. I mentioned this on another thread. I have been in high end Medical Sales for 15 years. Common for 20% of the sales force getting fired every quarter to keep people motivated.
HCMR seems to be thinking the same way. My 18 year old had a good point, is this coming from the NFL guy he hired? I assume the have someone locked up already or you don't make this move so close to signing day. I mean the all say academics matter........ but getting in the NFL is always the goal. A splash NFL hire to get some D ends could go a long ways.
