Food Reports: What did everyone cook today?

I eshewed all thiings bird today and slow-cooked a prime rib roast instead. Used low, indirect heat on the outdoor grill, and it turned out great. Also made some spicy stuffing and garlic mashed potatoes, so I'm sufficiently stuffed.
 
BBQ ribs, spaghetti corn, cheesy potatoes and cinnamon rolls.
 
Traditional bird, smoked one too and picked up a honey baked spiral cut ham. So many fixins and just got done with round two. Pies are cooling now and will be stuffing face one last time during the packer game.
Truly thankful for our blessings and hope all my husker family is safe and enjoying the day as well!

Mashed taters and gravy, cranberries, salad, stuffing, gravy, maple glazed brussel sprouts, pumpkin pie, fresh whipped cream, and.... tofurky ;)
