I just accepted a job in Bennington and plan on moving to that area sometime this summer. I'm looking for advice on a good lender to use and real estate agent. I'm a poor according to RSS standards if that makes a difference. I'm currently looking to stay below or close to the $200K mark but have some flexibility there.
