After canceling the weekend home-opening series with ranked Long Beach State due to weather, Nebraska (4-8) begins a home and home replacement series with UNO (4-9) today. First pitch is slated for 3 p.m. at Tal Anderson Field, the Mavericks brand new facility. Tomorrow, the Huskers will host the Mavericks for the home-opener at Haymarket Park. The games today and Monday are the first two of four this season between the two teams.

Conference play begins with Michigan on March 25th. There are non-con games intermixed within the conference slate of BYU, Creighton, North Dakota State and Kansas State.
