Honestly, I think this is the best regional and super regional setup we’ve had since hosting over a decade ago. Still have to win but none of these teams are impossible. Just glad they didn’t send us to Vandy or LA.

So here's where the Big Ten landed...

(2) Illinois at Ole Miss regional (#12 national seed)
(2) Indiana at Louisville regional (#7 national seed; every team is within driving distance for this one)
(3) Nebraska at Okie State regional (#9 national seed)
(3) Michigan at Oregon State regional (#16 national seed)
(4) Ohio State at Vanderbilt regional (#2 national seed)

Agree. This is not a bad draw at all. Obviously you are going to have to beat some good teams to advance regardless of where you get sent, but, on paper at least, there is plenty to like here.

It’s good this regional is in OKC and not in the bandbox known as Allie P. Reynolds Stadium. OSU typically has a team of sluggers built specifically for hitting long balls in that yard.

Plus playing in a 3x larger stadium should make it a lot easier for me to get tickets if I decide to go at the last minute...

I guess the committee thought less of the Big Ten than the media. We ended up as a #3 seed and Michigan was one of the last four in. Clearly, the Wolverines would not have made a regional if not for their semi-miraculous comeback against Illinois on Thursday.

I haven't had the time to search, who would you say Ohio State bumped out from a different conference?
