Am I one of the last of the Mohicans that doesn't play it? Curious how many others there are out there who have less than zero interest in it?

I play but I used to be like you. Only reasons I got into it was to actually care a little bit about the NFL and to just have another outlet to talk shit to my buddies. But I've got plenty of friends who still don't.

I don't play. I used to, but gave it up. I found myself a few times rooting against my team so my fantasy team could win. Couldn't do it. So I gave up the fantasy football. Never looked back, and I feel I'm better for it. Its more enjoyable to watch a game not caring who has the most yards, catches, td's ect... All that matters is the final score, and if my team has won.

Heard somebody say on the radio a few days ago, Todd & Tyler show I think it was, that you don't get any credit for a winning team even? It's all about individuals and stats? Is that accurate?

It doesn't matter if a team wins or not. It is player stats only.

FF is one of the few things that keeps my interest in the NFL. I could watch CFB all day and love every second of it, the NFL doesn't do much for me (outside of rooting for the Lions). FF makes almost every game interesting for me.

I love playing FF. I'm in 12 leagues this year. Most are just for fun but a couple are money leagues and it gets real intense. Won $600 a few years ago in my very first league and have been addicted ever since.

I used to be a total fanatic. When I first started playing, online leagues didn't exist. The drafts were agonizingly long and you had to declare which newspaper/publication was the official stats. When the online boom came, it was soooo much easier but lost some of the fun. You didn't have to do anything.
The "nerd' part was gone. I enjoyed the stats tracking part but now you don't have to scour the paper on Monday to see how your guys did. Played for years but then got burned out. Haven't played for the last 5-6 years.
