Elk Creek, NE Niobium Mine

Any insight into whether or not this project will materialize or not? I speculated on the company (NioCorp Develpments) and bought them (NIOBF) a month ago at .68. Today it hit 1.40 briefly. I'm thinking about holding it long term but would like to here some thoughts on the project at Elk Creek.
