I am going to write this before I read the HO staff's
Biggest concern: Offense I am concerned with Tommy's ability to make the big throw when we need it. I think he has made big improvements and Riley will help him with the offense being made more for his strengths. But on 3 and 11 in crutch time I don't think we make many of these throws.
Biggest concern: Defense Depth in the front seven minus D tackle. I think we are a few injuries away at DE and LB from being in big trouble. DT and DB's are in great shape. I think the starters at LB and DE will end up being pretty solid as long as there are no injuries.
Player with a shot to contribute down the line: Offense I'm guessing most will say Stanley Morgan or Gates. I think those are pretty safe bets. Matt S. when he's ready maybe.

Player that hasn’t made the impact you were expecting Johnny Stanton would have been my pick. Imani Cross, Alonzo Moore, Tariq Allen, Marcus Newby, Boaz Joseph. Not saying these guys are bad I just thought they'd be better.
