Don't bag on JP... He'll be good in time. It's just that he's never coached at this level before. Doesn't matter that he's played at the highest levels of the game, he's never coached it til now. Give him time. He'll get better.

Yep; surely all the manuals he has developed on being an outstanding long term pro will get read at some point. I am guessing the 2% improvement a day and also in the personal life will catch on with parents over time.
