Feels like something out of Mad Max. Homeless encampments, open drug use, needles on the streets, etc..
Just very sad, seeing it deteriorating this bad. Is Boulder still pretty much hippies, or has it changed, too? Just wondering what kind of environment Coach Prime will be recruiting to.
