LONG ANSWER: The kid is blowing up right now, nationally, and it seems like he has a new offer everyday (Michigan just offered this past weekend). From what I've read it appears his decision to decommit from UK is not based on him not liking them anymore nor is it based on him all of a sudden liking another specific school much better. My take is that the kid didn't realize how big (no pun intended) a recruit be would become. If that is the case then I don't think the dust has settled on a list of schools that have a realistic shot with him and it does seem like he is going to try to get around a little bit.
What I can tell you is he is from Toledo which is one of the few areas of Ohio that I wouldn't consider buckeye nation. It is right on the Michigan/Ohio border directly south of Ann Arbor (Michigan is the closest school to him distance wise). So this probably won't be a case in which if tOSU decides to throw their hat in the ring it is pretty much over. Nor is it a case that Michigan has a special advantage because it's locale makes Toledo not scarlet and gray but it doesn't mean it's maize and blue (it's still in Ohio). With that said, two schools I do think that are in the mix are Michigan and MSU. Beyond that I think it really is a matter of getting him on campus and impressing him.
