Who was the DB that committed after his official visit and then about 3 days later decommitted? I can't remember his name? Is he still an option for us? What about the TE out of Michigan that decommitted from Minnesota? What are the odds we get him? I know Michigan State offered shortly after us?

Thanks

Drayton from Florida, pretty sure he didn't have a committable offer at the time. Butler is our top priority, as is Isaiah Simmons who is a TBD on what side of the ball he'll play at the next level. Plus, we had Markell Simmons higher than Drayton but Markell ended up signing with TCU a couple weeks ago.

No idea on Poljan, the TE prospect out of Michigan you reference.

Tim your forgetting Lamar Jackson, I'd have to guess he's our top DB recruit at this time, and correct me if I'm wrong, I thought I read he has us at top?

Didn't forget him, although you're right, he's our top "DB" recruit. But, he's being recruited as a boundary corner, the above mentioned guys are safety prospects which is why I left Lamar out of the discussion.

I'll be shocked if Poljan doesn't end up at MSU. I think Butler ends up N in a few weeks, hopefully he doesn't take his visit to ASU. But he would have to feel a lot more comfortable in Lincoln you would think. Closer to home, kids from the Midwest all over our roster and playing time.

if we can close on L. Jackson and Butler and adding them with Dismuke, A Anderson and Eric Lee, that should upgrade our DBs for the future.....man we sure could use some pass rush Ends.

my last post got me thinking if this, if there trying to add L Jackson as a corner, then is Dismuke a true safety guy or is he getting viewed as a corner?

247 Has Poljan as a Central Mich. lean. Doesn't make it a fact of course. Just saying.

didn't we just start going after that TE \DE just recently? Sure we may have offered awhile ago but wasn't it not till recently that we actually started pounding on his door?
