Seems like a good fit. He's physically ready. He's mature and not afraid of work. Wont get into trouble. My only question is, don't the niners run a 4-3? He's a massive 4-3 DT if they do.

They do run a 4-3 defense now, and have had tall leanish interior lineman. They may take some of the weight off of him and see what he can do.

I was really surprised he didn't get drafted. Came in as a big time recruit (like 25 offers I think) and just didn't develop to the level I thought he would.

He's had some back issues. I hope he's healthy now because the NFL won't wait around.
