Naming Tony White the head football coach is better than a good idea.
We should have done this with MJ and kept him. (hard to say where we would be now, but we would not have some massive buyout contract)
However going outside and then bringing in an entirely new staff of people is in some ways absolute stupidity.
Make Tony your interim for a few weeks, then just make him the head coach and stop paying asinine premiums to blow everything up and shuffle in and out entire staffs.
If Rhule won't fire the OC, maybe Tony will.
I don't think getting a head start on the coaching carousel is going to make any difference at this point. There's nothing attractive about a program with the lack of success and existing challenges that fires a coach with a 5-4 record with three games left in his second season.
I don't think White walks on water, but his unit gave up 20 points yesterday.
That should be good enough to beat shitty UCLA 99% of the time.
No other fanbase in America is concerned about buyouts like this fanbase is.
UCLA went conservative in the second half. Otherwise, they likely would have scored more points.
