Weeelllll, I'm looking for some states to open. Can't really call Nebraska one of them cause we never really did shut down. Be nice to be able to go to church again though. Freedom of assembly and all that giberish.

Top headline on CNN's Money page is about other countries easing restrictions so that helps fuel some optimism in investors, obviously.

Exactly, the Dow had over 1,000 days earlier during Corona virus when they thought were at the peak.
The S&P 500 ETF was down .05 points today. In the last hour of after hours trading it's up almost 8 points.
Theres like 40 companies and several states doing this too.
Maybe a huge bump for each one?

This is more than that. It's now at 10 points up and rising. I'm guessing many, many more billions/trillions of stimulus on top of the reopening of the country.
That should piss off about half the country. Which i'm all for.
It's already out that he's providing guidelines for states to start lightening up in as little as 2 weeks but ultimately governors will have the final say. Nothing is opening tonight.

Truthfully this isn't new news. Been reported for the past 48 hrs or so that guidelines would be released for opening things up after video conference with governors this afternoon.
Hopefully we can make the gating process retroactive. We never went into lockdown so IMO in Nebraska, we should start out in phase 2 minimum

Perspective. That daily death count is on par with cancer and "reproductive health care" measures. Some wear pink for the former and celebrate the right to cause the latter. We live in an interesting country.
