Was told last night Zipline Brewery will be putting in a tap room on 56th & Pine Lake next to Art & Soul. Also look for a Hiro 88 to go up on 56th & Pine Lake in the next year, as sounds like that's in the plans too. Zipline should be open this fall as it's being built now. Good to finally see some stuff go on that corner that have some entertainment value vs. just a car wash, banks, etc.
