Who's all planning to grill, smoke, or cook something this weekend? I am making a couple of racks of baby back pork ribs and a big Certified Angus prime grade brisket and having people over to eat, have a few (or a lot) of beers and watch our town's fireworks display. Can't wait! What's everyone else plan on doing?
