Frost needed to be brought down to earth after last season, thought he could do no wrong. But he has learned a lot this season and it’ll make him that much better. It’ll suck for a bit, and then you’ll be good again. You’ll just have to deal with folks like me until then!

He’s been reminded how hard it is to win in college football, especially in the BIG10. maybe he’ll learn that friends don’t always make the best employees (looking at you chins). He probably learned the importance of keeping your #2 QB happy.
