Can we just start calling him the basketball messiah or something like that?! I love watching this kid play!

I like his game and his shots will start falling once he feels comfortable.

Every player on the team just needs to watch video of him when a shot goes up on the defensive end - team rebounding would get much much better if they did what Charlie does.

He'd better start making shots. It's a fun story but playing 4 vs 5 on offense doesn't work long term. I'm sure you're right and feeling comfortable is a big step, I just hope it happens soon. So far when has the ball he just looks like he's trying to get rid of it asap.

He's not going to be a guy who is relied upon to make his own shot or to run the offense. He was a good shooter in highschool and I suspect he is going to be counted on to find an open spot on the floor to catch and shoot.

Works for me. He can be Kerr/Paxson.

Is he on scholarship just for this semester, or permanently?

He is finding the open spot but his shot is too flat to be a consistent high percentage shooter over the long haul (at least from his attempts at Iowa game).

You mean the 3 shots he took?

Yes. Team still plays better when he is in the rotation, though.
