Wondering if current NCAA rules would allow our recruits to announce on the scoreboard (also tv) at halftime during the beatdowns Fresno St &/or Oregon. Our pumped up fans cheering would blow our recruits minds away. Plus, having it broadcast on tv would blow the national audience up.
