Some tidbits:
-Florida State national title loss gets him fired up, to the point of swearing. Thinks about it every day.
-Said they practiced extremely hard. To the point of fighting every practice. But once TO blew the whistle, everything stopped.
-Said there may be a perception that you put the Nebraska uniform on and you win championships. That's obviously not the case.
-Said the new coaching staff invited back the old coaching greats, (McBride, Tenopir, etc.) and have simply asked them, "What did you do?"
-Said if he were in charge, he wants to see better effort.
-Blackshirts would never have dreamed of giving up 400 yards. There would've been hell to pay from McBride.
-All the guys on the team have potential.
-"2nd place is for losers."
-Asked if he could remake the pump up video, "I may have a heart attack."

Damn, Watching the old pump up video gets you so jacked up!! Those 90's D-line's were all high intensity beasts. Peter boys, Wistrom, Tomich, Connealy, Rameakers, Dontae Jones, Dwayne Harris, Trev, Parrella. All high motor intense bad boys!!
