Everybody talks about how nice he is but that doesn't win games. However, he has single handedly changed the atmosphere at Nebraska taking away the dark cloud hovering over the program and giving us reason to be excited. Then, he surrounds himself with an outstanding coaching staff which is not only experienced but excited to raise this program to the level as to where it should be at. I would say smart as hell and good things are on the way boys.
