Chris Spielman suing Ohio State

Suing OSU on behalf of himself and other OSU athletic alumni for the misuse of former OSU athlete's images in athletic department marketing materials.

Spielman will donate any proceeds back to the athletic department...says he's doing it to raise awareness for all athletes.
