From HuskerWeatherMan over on the HuskerMax message board. Dude is ususally spot-on.

Friday AM Update:

As mentioned with the initial forecast, a very good (I'd call it "outstanding") weather day for football in Lincoln on Saturday.

Sunny skies. Cool, crisp fall morning. Comfortably warm afternoon. Wind not a factor. No chance of rain.

Pregame (Saturday morning/early-afternoon): About 39 degrees at sunrise. Temperatures will warm quickly Saturday morning, reaching 60 degrees by 11-11:30AM. 70 degrees by 2PM. Sunny skies.

Kickoff (2:30PM CDT): 73°. Sunny skies. Wind South-Southeast at 8 MPH.

Halftime: 74°. Sunny skies. Wind South-Southeast at 10 MPH.

4th Quarter: 72°. Sunny skies. Wind South-Southeast at 9 MPH.

Postgame (Saturday evening/night): Clear and dry. Temperatures in the 60s from 6 to 8PM, 50s after.

Been lucky all year in the weather department. Home and away. Enjoy, we will have a couple crap weather games this year I'm sure.

Not unusual for Lincoln in October. Lincoln is typically warm and dry in October.
