KNEB Radio reported The Dawes County Attorney and Chadron Police Department were dispatched on today to investigate the sudden death of 20-year-old Eric Goll.
A rescue unit was called by the Chadron State coaching staff after Goll became unresponsive during practice. He was transported to Chadron Community Hospital, but efforts to revive him were unsuccessful. He was pronounced dead at approximately 12:30 p.m.
Eric was a Sophomore Lineman from Haines City High School, Haines City Florida.
