Iowa fans love to point out how we dwell on our past, as we point out at least we have one, but I digress.
Iowa fan even goes further, that how easy it was to win the big 8, or, the big two as they call it.

So, looking at the above list, look who's rated five spots higher. Purdue even has more, as does minny, even Arkansas.

You're peaking iowa fan, you've got nowhere else but possibly to maintain this for a time, but eventually down.

He visited Nebraska this past weekend and has a visit to Florida State set up on Jan. 31. He said he will visit either Oregon – where former Spanish Fort teammate D.J. James signed last year – or Missouri this weekend.

“After I take those visits, I’ll know,” he said.

The 6-foot-1, 170-pound Abrams-Draine said he liked what he saw in Nebraska this weekend. He said head coach Scott Frost’s staff has talked to him about playing slot receiver.
“I got a good feel there,” he said. “I liked coach Frost. I liked the players I met. I think when people think of Nebraska, they think there is not a lot to do there, but that is not the case.”
Abrams-Draine is one of the top unsigned 2020 prospects in the state. He was named the Class 6A Back of the Year by the Alabama Sports Writers Association last week and also was the AL.com Coastal Alabama Player of the Year and the AL.com Super All-State Player of the Year.

Right, because he is afraid of competition. Which is why he is visiting ND and Michigan, nothing like the competition level at mighty Iowa. That is of course if he doesn’t pick Iowa, if he does, they did want him after all.
We keep telling them, you're supposed to cook the pig before you eat it

Opportunity and chance to start right away in a wide open offense. Sounds N to me.
Sounds like he wants to play but not get noticed. The league camps out at Iowa practices licking their chops, Nebraska not so much lucky to get a nibble on day 3 of the draft. Hawkeyes finish in the top 15, picked by many to start the season in the Top 10.

Just be content with your memories boys.

That and the best players from Iowa. But congrats on whatever it is you are bragging about. Scouts at practice, or some other lame thing only Iowa fans would care about.

Just thought how much us recruiting all these iowa guys. It must really be sticking in the craw of the iowa coaches, and not for the obvious reasons of them potentially losing their own.

No, as we, wiscy, whomever comes in a grabs up the players, the iowa staff will actually have to start recruiting and give out more offers. Poor iowa coach and iowa fan, KF aint gettin any younger.

Whom iowa fan hates, but has hope. I can see their staff heading out the door when KF retires.
They lose their DC, it's over for them.
Where do you get your information? I have some Hawk friends and they think Barta will hand over the reins to his son..

Sorry to pop your bubble but Thee State of Iowa has so much high school talent that Iowa can’t offer everyone we got to also make room for those Florida, Georgia and Texas kids. Losing a couple of often injured kids in state and some non competitive types of in state kids doesn’t rain on Captain Kirks parade. Don’t worry about the Hawks we’ll be just fine.

If we're so insignificant and not a threat why do you morons live on our board 24-7? Oh the irony. It's too much. You're little brother. Always will be.
They are little brother to Iowa State, poor lil ol iowa is.
What's it going to be like when ISU starts owning them?, I can hear KFs bones creaking from here.

You told us Scooter would win the BiG in year 2 and it didn’t happen. You told us when you hired Fred you would make the Sweet 16 this year and that ain’t happening either.

All you got is “wait until next year” memorized.

And absolutely no better. Admit it, the fact that at your peak you needed a miracle and a last second FG to beat one of the worst teams in Nebraska history is pretty telling. Probably why you are on this board obsessing about Nebraska taking the best recruits out of Iowa.
