I don't think he was projected very high in the draft...but he would have likely been drafted.

I was surprised by the talk that he might bolt for the NFL as he did not appear ready or ripe for a high draft position. Nonetheless glad to have him still playing for Big Red next year.

Glad to see he's coming back, made good strides this year. Didn't think he was ready (for the draft position that I think he could achieve) this year, but with another year and hopefully a strong leadership role that will improve!

Banker will have his hands full next year with this schedule. I predict he is on the hot seat early and often. The D will progress but unfortunately it will be hard to detect given the quality of the opponents.

Not unless we can find someone...and I mean anyone who can consistently rush the passer from the front four. If we can't find or develop a passer rusher...not a chance of being even in the top 25.
