Catapult System - are we using it this spring?

Unless I have missed something, I have not seen one interview that mentions whether or not we are again implementing the Catapult trackers for a number of select players. Perhaps there is no need for use in a spring in which we are implementing completely new O's and D's. I guessed that we had some contract with the company and it seemed like an ideal tool to use in avoidance of overworking key players.
