I was actually just watching highlights of this game because I didn’t get a chance to watch it over the weekend. It really puts in place where Nebraska is when you watch elite teams play. Our talent isn’t in the stratosphere of the elite ones.

what Nebraska does on the field is no effort of my own. By all metrics, I'm a great accountant. if I don't do my job well, Matt Rhule doesn't bear some sense of responsibility for it, they're completely separate.
Fans of Georgia, Alabama, Ohio St, etc didn't collectively cause their teams success. I enjoy watching teams I like win, and I enjoy watching teams I dislike get their shit pushed in.

its all a testament to how far energy & hype can get a team. they gained the confidence they needed after beating a terrible TCU team.
Nebraska was a QB swap away from being the first team that punched them in the mouth. however, Nebraska gave the rest of the country a blueprint on how to shut them down. unfortunately, Jeff Sims is truly bad enough to make what was a winnable game look like a blowout.
Colorado St. took them to task with half the athletes & the refs completely against them.
Deion has exceeded expectations, but he also had a perfect storm of events to prop up his pretty soft team.

It is who they are. They’ll do whatever and say whatever. They can get away with it to a degree, because they are good and there are people that cover for them, but they have the emotional and psychological maturity of a 12 year old.
