Regardless of how many WRs we reel in tomorrow, I'm curious where they will all fit in the scheme, X, Y, Z, etc.; based on their size, speed and skills.

I will put forth a straw man with the caveat that I don't fully understand all the dimensions of the X, Y and Z positions.

Based on what I know, X is the split end, speed receiver, runs deep routes and is far opposite the TE (Moore, Reilly?); Y is the flanker, wide on the TE side, in motion a fair amount and is more of a possession receiver, who runs fewer deep routes and more slants (Morgan/DPE?) and the Z is the slot receiver, inside the X/split end, who runs routes inside the LBs and safeties for the most part (Westerkamp?). I use player examples here, but know that our guys were quite interchangeable when needed.

Any educated projections about who will be in which positions? Here's my first take:

X: Morgan, DPE (Is this where we need more speed? Who fits that bill? Lindsey = DeSean Jackson?)

Y: Reimers, K. Williams, McQuitty (Bigger receiver?)

Z: Spielman, Lindsey, K. Johnson (Quick and elusive or possession guy like KJJ)

I'd really welcome anyone who has more insight sharing their thoughts.
