Start putting guys into the pros and they will stick around, assuming their NIL money is on par.Why is it important that Rhule build a culture where kids want to stay? Watch the buzzards come circling for these guys. Not saying that money will never be a factor but it sure as hell can't hurt to play at a place you love.
I agree. If you look at another pro league, the NFL, the best way to win big is to have a superstar QB (obviously). But the next best way to have a QB on a rookie deal with a great team filled with well paid talent around that QB. Nebraska seems headed on the path toward that end. Lots of good talent with pretty decent NIL money. This is the best chance we have to keep the Michigans and other poachers with "unconnected agents" contacting kids illegally. I don't want college football to turn into major league baseball where half the league is just a farm team for the major market teams.Start putting guys into the pros and they will stick around, assuming their NIL money is on par.
Their NIL value just immediately went up by like $200k.Keep them flush with cash and they will stick and stay.
Toss in Princely who's sure to choose N soonThose two guys were amazing this year. Coming into the season I was not high on our defensive line talent. But the new coaches really upgraded the play of Polar Bear and Ty R., and they also got these young pups ready to play at a high level. I am very optimistic about our future on defense. Now, if we can just get our offensive line play to match the quality of the defensive line, and we find a QB who can, you know, throw the ball and not turn it over, we might just be a damn good team.
well earned.Their NIL value just immediately went up by like $200k.
What are the chances the person who runs this twitter account actually says things like “oh you too hard” in real life? 2% chance? Less?
