Nebraska could do some serious recruiting damage in California now. USC and UCLA usually rule the roost, but both better watch out now. NU could get 5-7 players out of the state, each of them the type of guy that could help the Bruins and Trojans. Having watched USC and UCLA play Nebraska the last two seasons, you know the talent in both programs is pretty good, but neither team is as dominant as recruiting rankings might suggest. There's some scuttlebutt that USC played a little cute with Keyshawn Johnson Jr., not recruiting him as hard as it could have. That decision could backfire badly. As for UCLA ... Nebraska will lean hard on its butt-kicking of the Bruins in the Foster Farms, as it should. OWH, Sam M
Now that Gebbia has joined teammate Keyshawn Johnson Jr. as a Nebraska commit, they plan to be active in recruiting other players to join them.
“I will be back for the spring game. Me and Keyshawn are for sure going to go and try to recruit the best class of 2017,” Gebbia said. “I’ve got to have guys around me. I’m not anything without people to throw to and block for me and play defense for me.
“I just think that Coach Riley is going to put Nebraska back on top and I’m just blessed to be a part or it.”
I'm not sold on Holmes until I know what his vertical jump is.

So your team has 11 centers or leaping gnomes? I share your joy in our recruiting outstanding men with so many opportunities.
