I am too young to know the type of man Brook was but growing up a die hard Husker fan, it's been mentioned thousands of times how incredible he was and how he was the ideal Husker. Sam was a very good friend of mine and I'm crushed. He was that person that as soon as you saw him and crossed paths on, he put a smile on your face because of his upbeat attitude and love for life. He never took a day for granted. I've seen so many things on Twitter and Facebook about how similar Sam and Brook were. Can someone who's been through both tragedies share their similarities?
