Used my recently purchased 1792 Small Batch as the bourbon of choice! Getting ready to fire up the Big Green Egg- soaking a combination of grape wood chips and cherry chips in apple brandy and apple juice.

Finally- a great day to enjoy and grill out!

Having a lemon ginger raddler from Boulevard as the starting beer!
