He seems to me to be the true game changing commitment we have needed. It is very premature to suggest that he is in the realm of Suh or Frazier, but it has that kind of potential. Whereas they led on the field, Bookie seems to be the legit CO of the recruits coming in which I think will lead into the locker room.

I do realize that we owe a lot to Keyshawn Jr. for starting the movement, but I think that Bookie will ultimately be the guy that leads our team going forward.

Depends on how you look at it I guess. Bookie I think is the better player and a great peer recruiter, but without KJJ there is no Bookie IMO. And if QB is the most important position on the field....KJJ brings Gebbia.

Our recent recruiting successes really got rolling once KJJ committed. That said, Bookie kept that ball rolling and seems to be another game changer peer recruiter. The coaching staff needs to keep it rolling and capitalize by showing results on the field.

Agree. Was thinking that it may have just been a flash in the pan as a few of the guys they recruited hard last year who looked like NU leans (Darnay, Joseph Lewis, et al) went elsewhere. Very happy to see Riley and staff proving that notion wrong.

KJJ brought the name to the game, but Gebbia may have been the better overall peer recruiter. Either way, both good gets...
