Ummmm. No. Their job largely is fiduciary oversight of the the administrators that ultimately end up doing those things. They have the power to fire and hire top administrators IF they don't like something they do. With all the positive vibe they have to be saying to themselves, "why didn't we do this earlier?". Its great to see them with Riley and at practice. All the paddles are in the water pulling the same direction now.It is their job to hire and fire head coaches
