I don't think it's been released yet. Does a Husker make it? It would be Rozier if he makes it.

Red Grange is a lock at No. 1.
I'm guessing Archie Griffin as the only two time Heisman winner has No. 2 sewn up.
I'm guessing Ron Dayne, as the NCAA career rushing record holder and Heisman winner will land at No. 3.

After that, there are lots of legit candidates, and only two slots. Heisman winners Bruce Smith, Alan Ameche, Howard Cassidy, Mike Rozier, Eddie George, Tom Harmon, Nile Kinnick..... Great backs like Melvin Gordon, Ki Jana Carter, Curt Warner, Ahman Green, Lawrence Phillips, Ezekiel Elliott, Anthony Thompson..........

I'm going to guess Rozier makes it as either 4 or 5, and one of the 1930s to 1950s Heisman winners takes the other spot.
