Penn St ain't playing N.J.Tech this week...
Rutgers is finding some consistency.
Scarlet Knights win the series at home.

After having a tough time @ ranked East Carolina...
the Terps are back in Maryland hoping to rebound
in a 3 game series against a 18-3 Stetson team.
Stetson beat Purdue earlier when the BMs were making splashes.
Terps need to win some games here.

Nice 3 game in-state rivalry series, Illini @ Wildcats
Probably one of those series where anything can happen.
But Illinois is currently on another level.
Northwestern steals a game at home, Illini take the series.
(liking that last regular season match up, more and more)

Speaking of in-state rivals, Sparty and the Wolverines.
This is one of those 3 game series where they play...
- 2 games @ Michigan (fri. & sun.)
- 1 game @ Michigan St (sat.)
- then another non-conference match up @ M.St on a Wed. in May.
Anyway, Sparty is not sporting their best non-conference season.
Michigan St has been known to start slow and then wake up for conference.
Wolverines are on a 5 game win streak. Their best this season so far.
Question is... can Sparty snap it???

Hoosiers @ the Hawkeyes
Both teams have hit a couple bumps recently after their great starts.
Iowa more so than Indiana, but it's now conference season.
Need Indiana to keep leading the pace in the conference...
but my gut says Hawkeyes pull out the series win in Iowa.

5-14 Georgetown @ 14-6 Ohio St who are on a 6 game winning streak.
Really?!?! Buckeyes better sweep!

Purdue is on a 6 game losing streak after starting the season 9-3.
Not sure what happened to the Boilermakers...
but playing at home vs. a 9-12 Lipscomb team hopefully will do some good.

Gophers @ the Cornhuskers
Which teams will show up???...
For Minnesota is it the team that lost the series at home to Creighton?
Or is it the team who took the series from TCU on the road last week?
And for the Huskers, we all know about their Dr.Jekyll and Mr.Hyde act.
Gophers are the more complete team at the moment, especially pitching.
Huskers at Haymarket can be special.
Sunday's game will be on BTN...
that game probably decides the winner of the series!
can't help it, got to be a Husker Homer... GBR!
