Wow! What a huge non-conference Friday for the B1G.
I don't remember the last time the B1G had this kind of showing...
Huskers took it to the Bears.
Wolverines took a 4 run lead in the 1st and held off the #2 Bruins.
Indiana got a 1 run victory against a 2018 CWS team.
Give Penn St some love... a Win at UCF is big.
Maryland shut out Stetson.
Illinois wasn't picked to win at Grand Canyon.
And then there was a couple a 'moral victories'....
Gophers lost a 1 run game to the Beavers (better than we did).
Northwestern also with a 1 run loss to an SEC team (Missouri).
Yup, Friday was a good day for B1G Baseball. Don't stop now. Swing B1G!

D1Baseball took notice of the B1G's big Friday.

2. Big Friday for the Big Ten
As Kendall noted above, Michigan earned a marquee victory for the Big Ten at UCLA on Friday, but that wasn’t the only highlight for the B1G on this day. In Seattle, I watched Indiana earn a big 1-0 win over Washington, as Pauly Milto carried a no-hitter through 7.2 innings. Elsewhere, Nebraska notched its second big win over a ranked Big 12 power in two weeks, pounding No. 21 Baylor 12-4. Luke Roskam (4-for-6, HR, 4 RBI) and Angelo Altavilla (2-for-5, 2 HR, 5 RBI) had big days in support of Matt Waldron (7 IP, 7 H, 2 R, 1 ER, 0 BB, 8 K).

Penn State got a strong start from Dante Biasi (6 IP, 2 H, 2 R, 1 ER, 3 BB, 9 K) in a 5-2 win at UCF. Maryland rode a gem from Hunter Parsons (7 IP, 6 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 10 K) to a 7-0 win at Stetson. And Jack Yalowitz had a monster day (4-for-4, 2B, 2 HR, 5 RBI) in support of Andy Fisher (7 IP, 1 H, 1 ER, 3 BB, 6 K) to lead Illinois to a 6-3 win at Grand Canyon.

Also a story from Kendall Rogers on Michigan
