If they are so good and the Big 10 is so bad... Why does 37-12 Iowa have a win over #2 LSU and Nebraska have a win over #5 Vanderbilt. The RPI is complete bull shit in baseball.

SEC is far superior, not close overall. With baseball most can beat any team in 1 game. My son going to Little Rock next fall, OVC, beat Ark 1 out of 2. Solid team and program but a tick below SEC overall. College baseball has a lot more parity these days, makes it fun

Big ten couldnt hold the SECs jock in baseball. 1 win for Iowa and 1 for Nebraska doent make it competitive. B1G is a low level group of 5 conference when it comes to baseball. Just stop even thinking they are within the same galaxy as the SEC. Shit 10 fans are the worst fans in college sports. In only 2 sports are they superior to any conference. By the logic of some of you is that... It's the SEC, they care way more about baseball so they are just better. I just don't see it that way, and I never once said the BIG 10 is better.

Is it not? No way does one conference deserve that many number 1 seeds. I am just glad Wake Forest finally took the #1 spot.

This post was never meant to say the Big 10 is "Better" than the SEC. It was made to say they aren't as good as the ranking say. Too much data out there to prove my point, but I chose the Big 10 because I know it strikes a cord with a lot of you knowledgeable baseball fans.

Big 10 Volleyball is the best right? No one really argues with that. I also think that they get more love than they deserve. There is no conference that is 100% dominant over the rest of the conferences EVERY year.

Not really, but I find it ridiculous to hear so many people talk about how shitty the BIG 10 is when heads up they held their own against a "far superior" conference. Nebraska is not 2005 this year, but I think they have made some progress. That progress gets shat on, because they have 8 losses in the Big 10 or because they are losing midweek games to UNO and other weaker opponents. If the logic works for the SEC teams, why doesn't work for Nebraska in losing midweek games? Not like they are using their Ace pitchers in those game.
