So none of this will likely be new or mind blowing info, but as I look ahead to the 2018 season I see potential for a phenomenal secondary. So much can happen in terms of recruiting and development of guys on the roster but can you imagine starting with a 2-deep of:
CB: Blades, Bootle
CB: Radley-Hiles (hyperbole maybe but I think that dude would have started for us this year over Kalu - yeah he was a junior in high school this year. That's how freaking good I think he is. Hopefully he follows his cousin to NU.), Lee
S: Jackson, Butler
S: Doman/Aaron Williams, Reed
Guys I didn't even mention: Avery Anderson and Dismuke, whomever we sign in the 2018 class.
Bottom line: We've got some serious talent on the back end!
I absolutely love Blades and Radley-Hiles on film. They're totally different athletes/players but they are shut-down corners. And Radley-Hiles, he not only stops you...he intimidates his you. He wants to humiliate and punish his opponent. He's got some serious confidence/swagger. I would be about as happy as I can ever remember being with a prospect if we land him.
Go land some big fish Donte and coach them up!
