It has been a popular opinion that the Bear coach will not be back next season, spurred on by the Hail Mary play by Washington to win the game in the last seconds. Now, with this debacle I am wondering if he will still be the coach by the time the sun goes down tomorrow.

I didn’t mind not taking the timeout with 32 seconds, but once it was obvious your qb had no idea what was going on you have take that timeout to at least try a fg

I believe the range line is just the furthest the fg kicker has made one.
Such a confusing set of events and no help for the rookie qb from the HC. The pick play where the TE drilled the guy was such a Bears play.

Caleb does not need to worry about losing his job. But he will get a coach next year that holds him to a higher standard of professionalism. As talented as he is, his teammates don’t have a ton of respect for him.
The quote that really would bother me if I was in Bear management is the HCs . “I think we handled the situation right “.
