Found this blurb to be extremely interesting...

Really like how Banker's a straight shooter. Says what's on his mind. Admittedly, I thought Davie and Rose were perfect fits for the defense and would play well. It was pretty clear early on that neither was the answer.

With Kalu, while he had ups and downs, I thought he started to show out as early as the BYU game. For Jones, his ability was apparent in the Miami game and he just continued to build on that.
