Send him an email, but be respectful and list some of the complaints you have with the officiating last Saturday. Maybe something good will come out of the poor officiating we witnessed.
If someone has a breakdown (incl. time when it happened) of some of the most blatant "no-calls", please post it here. It might make it easier for Mr. Carollo to review the tape.
