And I hope we move it onto the field!!!☺️☺️☺️😂😂😂
Honestly the world obviously has changed with the portal and initial recruiting class ranking has become a LOT less meaningful than in the old days. It's now only a point in time snap shot on signing day. But the reality is that a huge number of highly ranked high school kids will eventually transfer to a different school at some point meaning those signing day rankings are a poor indicator of future on field team performance.

That’s probs true… but if this staff can mold kids, talent better than not talent to start with

The services now have a way to look at both transfers and high school recruits combined. Much more accurate than just looking at recruits in today's world. But, yeah, your point stands that it's still just a snapshot. Portal is still open and something like 8 of the top 25 players haven't even committed yet, as an example.

Going back to Pelini, classes have been well regarded with the exception of a couple of years. Too much of recruited talent failed in development or left. Certainly the level of recruiting has not been in line with the win/loss record.
Raiola is a big get and hopefully the Oline can take another step and keep him upright, Brix is also an important add. I wonder if he’s good enough to play right away.
